Why the Onion? Getting Under the Skin of Things
People are Onions.
And in life - just like the humble onion - we get so much stuff heaped upon us from the day that we are born.
We digest things – good and bad. We wear and hang onto different layers. They’re barriers – we think they’re protecting us but they might just be preventing us from connecting with other people, or stopping us from doing things and therefore reaching our full potential.

That is what I had always thought and been led to believe from all the 'stuff' that I had learned through my trek through life .... but my belief was wrong, as you can see above. I have done glass-walking many times now and find it personally empowering.
